Leeds Community Healthcare Symptom Management Guidance for the Last Days of life, developed with Leeds Community Specialist Palliative Care teams, has been updated and approved for use across community settings and Primary Care. They have now been published on Leeds Health Pathways:

This also includes Appendix 3 which is updated guidance on Prescribing and Administering Drugs for Syringe Drivers in the Last Days of Life in the Community.
